Purpose:

To improve company unity and fellowship through a trip for all employees and to reward employee excellence and business award winners.

What the most important thing about this tour?

All the employees had a satisfying experience. They could participate in social activities while traveling with colleagues.
The program helped to increase company spirit. For a long time, the company has promoted activities to give incentives to employees for excellence. Content and schedules were adjusted so that company executives would also be able to join. In particular, watching a baseball game at Sapporo Dome was interesting. And it was a wonderful touch to be able to send a message to top performers in the company for display on the Dome screen.
