It was our great honour to be the winner of "Best Creative Planning" award this year. It really gives us a "strong booster" during the toughest period in the travel industry amid COVID-19.
H.I.S. Singapore MICE team has only 2 staff since the restructure in 2018. As a Japanese travel specialist, we received most of the inquiries for Japan travel. Nevertheless, we also handle incentive / company / study trips to other countries beyond Japan. We always offer exclusive venues and unique itineraries to our corporate / VIP clients such as gala dinner at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, chartered small and luxury ryokans in Hakone as well as award presentation and fine dining experience at Michelin starred restaurants in Hokkaido.
We must strive for success in this competitive industry, non-stop changing ourselves and creating new ideas to meet our clients' expectations. Thanks for JNTO's support and recognition. We will definitely work harder and stand firm after this pandemic. Thank you very much once again!

We are honoured to have been recognized by being given this award by JAPAN Best Incentive Travel Awards 2020 for "Best Community Contribution". Our number one focus is to listen to our customers well and fulfil their wishes as much as we can. I would like to say a big thank you to our customers for giving me the chance to arrange this important tour. I'm also grateful to colleagues and all suppliers who put their heart and soul into this tour. It is always my pleasure to combine customer's great ideas with my knowledge as tour guide, which often leads to miracles! To show my beautiful home country gives me great joy! I still have a lot of growing, learning and work to do and this award is really a beautiful symbol and gives me great encouragement to continue on that journey. And I'm so grateful for that! JAPAN Incentive Travel Awards 2019 Ceremony
Winners of the JAPAN Best Incentive Travel Awards 2019 were invited to Japan for the Awards Ceremony, which took place in Osaka on November 23, 2019.
At the Awards Ceremony, winners were recognized for their achievements and presented with a crystal trophy, in front of approximately 90 attendees that included Meetings & Incentive local sellers and global buyers, members of key overseas media, and other parties involved in the business matching "Visit JAPAN Travel & MICE Mart".
The venue for the occasion was the Osaka City Central Public Hall, a landmark of the city designated as a cultural asset of national importance, which now opens its doors to event planners for their business events.

JAPAN Best Incentive Travel Awards 2018 Ceremony
The winners of the 2018 edition of the JAPAN Best Incentive Travel Awards 2018 were invited to Japan, and on September 19, 2018, the award ceremony recognized their achievements and presented them with a crystal trophy. Held at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo, the ceremony had approximately 100 attendees, including Meetings & Incentive local sellers and global buyers, members of key overseas publications, and other parties involved in the business matching "Visit JAPAN Travel & MICE Mart". Awardees presented best practices to the audience, through presentations of their incentive trips planning and realization.

The awardees participated in an exclusive familiarization trip that presented local inspiring activities and venues. They visited the "NIPPON GALLERY TABIDO MARUNOUCHI"(by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd.), the soon-to-be Olympic venue "New National Stadium"(under-construction), the Central Wholesale Market in Toyosu -scheduled to replace the wholesale Tsukiji Market in October 2018-, and experienced a class by professional Noh Masters on how to move and sing according to the tradition of this ancient form of theatre.

JAPAN Best Incentive Travel Awards 2017 Ceremony
3 awardees were invited to Japan, with the award ceremony itself being held at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo. At the award ceremony, around 50 attendees, here in Japan to participate in the in-bound traveller-focused business meeting "VISIT JAPAN Travel & MICE Mart 2017," from the media, as well as MICE buyers and other concerned parties from all around the world were in attendance for the recipients to receive their awards. Presentations on the award winning projects were also made at the ceremony.
