Nara Palace Site Historical Park

Heijo Palace Site Historical Park is located within the Nara Palace Site, a registered World Heritage Site. The park preserves and reconstructs the ruins of the Nara period (710-794). The multipurpose area includes the Heijokyu Izanaikan Museum on the east side, across Suzaku-oji Avenue, and tourist exchange facilities on the west side.
