Newly opened on March 24, 2018 as a window into the history of Japan’s first true capital, Nara Palace Site Historical Park invites you to experience the vitality of the Nara period. Along with a spectacular replica of the Japanese missionary vessel to the Tang dynasty, this complex is equipped with four main facilities including “Tempyo Umashi-kan” equipped with restaurants and caf?s, as well as “Tempyo Miharashi-kan” that has conference rooms and an observation deck.
