Kobe Shu-Shin-Kan Brewery

The Kobe Shu-Shin-Kan Hall and the restaurant Sakabayashi are both made from the remnants of the old brewery. The high ceiling of the hall provides excellent acoustics and can be used for a variety of purposes, including parties, presentations, seminars, and receptions. Sakabayashi serves healthy food made from locally sourced ingredients that are selected and paired with sake that is brewed on site. The wooden pillars and beams of both the hall and the restaurant date back to the original brewery’s construction giving the place a real sense of history, and pleasant wooden tones.
