The large hall is the largest multipurpose hall in the prefecture, with 1,991 seats. Both the floor and seats are covered in red fabric, creating a refined atmosphere for any kind of performance: music, opera, ballet, kabuki, and more. Using a partition, the hall can be reduced to a single-floor, 1,300 seat venue. The medium hall has 600 seats and is upholstered in blue to create a relaxing atmosphere for the appreciation of music, theatre, film, and more. The exhibition hall features a 9 meter high colonnade.
